What is your return policy for perfumes?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been sprayed or opened.
How should I store my Creed fragrance to maintain its quality?
To preserve the integrity of the essential oils, store your fragrance in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as a bedroom drawer or cabinet.
Do you offer international shipping?

Can I request complimentary samples with my order?
We take pride in helping you discover your next signature scent. Every full-size fragrance order includes two complimentary samples of your choice, subject to availability.
How long does a Creed fragrance typically last on the skin?
Our fragrances are highly concentrated (Eau de Parfum and Millésime). While longevity depends on skin chemistry and specific notes, most of our scents provide a lasting presence of 6 to 10 hours.
