At Creed Boutique, we strive to ensure your olfactory experience is exceptional; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and unused fragrances within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, all products must be returned in their original, sealed cellophane packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unopened fragrance in its original shipping box, ensuring the protective seal is intact and the item is securely padded for transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid boutique return label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
